Lovely evening for a run and great to have Scott Bailey join us. Pushed on up a few hills and was good to have Charles push me to not stop and walk (though I cursed him at the time!!). Picked up the pace with Scott and Charles, was struggling to keep the pace up through the village, slowed down a bit, then thought I can push on and forgot the village is longer than I remembered. Cracked and walked a few paces to catch my breath then ran the final bit. Could probably have kept going but was too tempted by the thought of walking... am getting fitter and stronger though, just need to work on my tendency to let myself off the hook too easily....!
