Round the block to test knee. Hurt straight away but actually got bit better throughout. Didn't feel like I could stride out though.

Note

Not sure where the knees at. Will try a jog tomorrow. After some googling I think I might just have a tight IT band so been rolling that. Not too bothered about taking another few days/week off while I still have the gym. Just need to be able to run over christmas or it'll be cycling every day.
