Feeling tired and unmotivated so went to bed to read my book. Then Megan needed a ride so my nap didn't eventuate.

Lunchtime run with the Normals. For some reason the pace felt relatively fast today. Maybe I'm tired.

Monday night paddle race. Really struggled at the start, came right in the middle and then struggled again on the way back. Got beaten by Ash, Joe and Pat. Shameful.

Trek up to Starveall Hut from the Hacket. Then back via forestry roads. Nice day for a walk and nice place for it too.

Kayak with Hayden, Reid, Dan. Longest paddle in a while, felt supprisingly good and managed to keep up on the way back.

Mountain Biking 2:12:22 [3] 20.09 km (9.1 kph) +1205m

Up Fringe and down the new track. Then up classic and down again. Quite hard work. Lots of climb.
