We actually got to go run for a while today! Crazy stuff. All the other girls were running slow and playing contact and didn't wanna run with me :( so I ditched them to run dish 007 from Frenhcmans. Felt really good. Running is easier when I actually get enough sleep? Who would've guessed.

Idk how long this took but we did 10 situps, 10 second jaguar holds, another 10, 15 seconds, another 10, 20 seconds, and so on up to 30 seconds and then back down for a total of 100 situps.

Mile(ish) warmup, supposed to be alternating 7, 6:45, 7, 6:45, 7 mile cooldown. Really all 7:0somethings. Stopped at a light before 3rd hard mile so restarting was tough and that one was really painful. Kinda all were.

Missing my water bottle for half the day so after school I went to all my classrooms to look for it. Gave up, got to track, turned out my friend picked it up from where I left it. Dehydrated fun!

Warmup for intervally stuff-mile warmup, next one supposed to be 7:30, next 2 gradually faster. Really started 7:09, then 6:46, 7:07, another half mile @7:05 pace. Rough. In the group for first mile, close to 2 leaders on 2nd, they took off on the rest.
