Saturday May 27 #

To hill on seat.

intervals 34:39 [3] 7.55 km (4:35 / km)

Classico hills with Joe, 180m(ish) sprints then jog down and flat loop rec - 3:30min loop.
Doing okay but burning up a bit on last few.
Times: 38,38,36,36,36,36,35,36,37,36.
Bit toasty.

Blackford n mortonhall with James. So hot and actually feeling quite good - didnt bother with a tshirt n got the cap and sunny G's out. Had to pace last few km as was running late for stuff.

Wednesday May 24 #

Run 49:59 [3] 10.5 km (4:46 / km)

Jog to James house to wake him up then blackford hermatige and back. Feeling tired, going to take an easy day tomorrow.

Tuesday May 23 #

10 AM

Run 26:01 [3] 5.39 km (4:50 / km)

Easy morning meadows with some non running pals meaning couple of "stretching breaks". Throat feeling sore.
7 PM

Run warm up/down 15:58 [3] 3.25 km (4:55 / km)

Run tempo 13:12 [3] 4.01 km (3:18 / km)

Tempo round Holyrood. Slightly slippy so had to slow down a bit round corners. Feeling pretty tired tbh, breathing nata good either just hanging onto Joe. He got us doing 3:13's on his watch so maybe bit faster.

2 x 5 x 300m [100m walk rec, 10 between sets].
Didn't expect to do all of this after the tempo but felt okay taking the second set bit slower. Wearing spikes.
Times: 47, 46, 45, 44, 45 // 48, 47, 47, 48, 46.
Taking turns to try hit 48 last set with Joe so not pushing much. Had bit more in the tank on the last one but got cut up.

Throat in bad ways.

Easy round seat then back over bog. Legs felt more tired than expect but better after they woke up.
