Borderline slowest jog of my life as was with Joe who’s only just started running again after being ill. Legs awright and few strides at the end, nice and chill.

Run warm up/down 10:00 [3] 2.14 km (4:40 / km)

Didn’t realise time so had to cut short!

4 x 800m [100m jog rec]

So windy made this bit grim but feeling quite good. 100m jog meant basically no rec... like 40s jogging off 2:20 on but only did 4 so not to bad.
Times: 2:22,2:20,2:23,2:24
Times sound quite slow but considering break and wind think they are okay, was going past a lot of people.

Easy run in the dark up to outwoods with Harry and Jamie. 3 people with one headtorch was sketchy so single file sections taken very slow. Good laugh though and legs feeling good.

Nice lonely one up beacon. Feeling bit sluggish to start but better as the run went on. Easy week now with Liverpool at the end.

Decide against normal Saturday sesh as wanted to do something bit quicker. Copied Alex’s sesh from Thursday - 8x400s (30s).

Feeling quite good but tough on my own. Calf’s feeling sore after!
