Apologised to the girl next to me for being the sweatiest man on the planet. She didn't seem fussed and pointed out the dude towards the front who was steaming. I couldn't see him through my own fog :)

first long run in a LONG time.
possibly a bit ambitious with what the body was capable of. Ran up Mt Taylor via Cooleman ridge and back thru the burbs. averaged about 5min/kms to top of Taylor but legs were v sore and really struggled home. Still gotta crawl before you can walk!
