Adventures in the forest. What happens when it's a very high tide and several Kms is the route are under water! A mix of rabbit trails, no trail, wading through the saltmarsh and forest tracks. A few showers but lovely sunshine despite the wind!

After far too much time spent sitting on backside today, and definitely too much time on the A9 ... A nice gentle bimble round the woods with H & P. One headtorch between us but we didn't need it much anyway. Ridiculously mild.

Steady trundle from car park at back of Findhorn Foundation. Legs felt pretty good. Bl00dy wind is back though grrrrrr!

The quality over quantity one aka the one where I felt sick at the end! I1 mile steady, 4 miles hard. Harder in slick road shoes on forest tracks but if I went home to change shoes I might not have bothered running at all!! Warm!

After a night on the sleeper train and a weekend with the folks and then straight off train and into office this morning, wasn't really in the mood for much ... So thought I'd see if I could find a route up the steep slope behind the Green lochan ... As you do, in your lunch break!! I did start on a wee track ... But soon lost that! Scrabbling up scree, frozen hands in the snow and hanging onto trees. .. 200m of excitement! Decided to save it for another day with more time!!
