But what was an easy run 3 weeks ago, was really hard today.
Having no water with me. (29 degrees, real fell 34)
Not stopping on Treskavec station, feeling good to continue to the first water tap.
Running with my old Inov's (which were already broken, but I thought they can handle one more race)
Tapped my left leg to strong, blood flow was minimised on the downhill.
*Weather conditions were not allowing PB today. You could feel the heet from the very beggining and breathing dust all the way. Running to the top was ok, but not great. We all had same conditions. Around 600m before the water tap I started to feel dizy, really cold, and couldn't keep my legs balanced. I lost it completely! I had to slow down, so I will not cause any injury. Sometimes the health is the most important. I have to keep myself for the upcoming races and more important events in my sport career. Prague in just 2 weeks.
