After yesterday's rest day, today on the schedule was cycling. 38km with uphills and downhills with Elena. The wind made the ride a lot harder, especially during the first half. Some uphills were tough and I was struggling, but in general it was fun. And cold, I almost forgot. :)
Cycling is deffinitely something I should do more often, because after moving back to Macedonia, I am not practising it at all.

I was running easy in a group of 8 people, all members from OK Zlatovrv. We were testing the 5k route for next week's race in Prilep. Feeling was good, despite the cold weather. There was a great atmosphere and time passed fast. Surely we will organise at least one group night run every week from now on, during the winter.

I was planning to take a shorter rest, considering the fact that I was not running much from the second half of October. I was had more activities like cycling and swimming. After Krali Marko Trails and the bad experience with complete dehydration my body was fighting to complete each training. The initial plan was to start running last Monday, but then I got really sick and unfortunately I was on strong antibiotics. Yesterday I finally felt 95% ready to start with running again. The results of my last blood test were quite great, so it was time to put my shoes on! One more test about sinusitis is following, but nothing serious I guess. Today I ran 5 laps on Mogila. I didn't feel great, but good. I felt like I am running for the first time in my life. Consistency and training will do. I'm hungrier than ever!
