Very slow morning plod before travelling back to Cambridge, legs very heavy and energy levels low- not used to running before breakfast at the minute.

Eskdale elevation fell race
Much more my style of fell race because the climbs were steep (so I could overtake people), and the decents were fairly gentle (so not too many people overtook me), and the views were very nice too.
Not sure I took the best route around the side of Illgill Head, but think it was a reasonable line off Scafell and down to Eel tarn.
