Very easy jog exploring round Prestonfield golf course. A bit too boggy in places but amazing views of the seat.

Jogging pretty easy round a sprint course on the exchange, some pretty terrible orienteering once again. Head cold seems to have gone, lingering a bit in the chest but this was pretty slow so felt fine, although HR pretty high.
