Out via Barton road to Caldecote and back in along Madingley Road. Legs felt tired pretty quickly but kept the pace reasonable, nice to get out for a decent ride. Need to find some longer routes though.

Okay for 2km, starting to hurt by 4km, stuff by the end. Looks it might take a while. Hopefully will get a physio slot for next week, annoyingly am busy this week.
