Calfes are still hurting after a while and the Achillestendons feel also strange. It is getting better but I'm still not able to run more. Should get better with the right exercises in the next days (hopefully).

longer was not possible with my calfes. I will take it easy in the next days and after that try to get back in good training

The plan was a nice relay trainibg with a lot of other good guys but the organisers changed the location and we didn't saw this information. So we just ran without a map.

Therefore we had a nice relay training in the afternoon

In the end I was more exploring the terrain outside the map and climbing on nice mountains than running the training
