WCOC Event Knock Murton

Feeling warm after my little jog, supposed to make this feel like the second half of a race. Legs were good apart from the really steep hill which I just couldn't. Navigation good but messed about a little bit at the end which was stupid.

Allerdale Chase Long O

Really good long orienteering around Ennerdale, super hot so ran with a camelback. Felt ok for about 2 hours after which i bonked and couldn't really move that quick. Only 5 minutes behind Steve Birkingshaw so quite pleased.

Really boring day so needed this, just the usual because of running a long way tomorrow, trying to keep the effort low in the heat. Was in a bit of a daze, felt miles away.
