5 x stairs. Every interval around 160 m and really steep. Times:

Lactic hit hard after 30 s, but consistenly after that time so recovery must have been good!

Jog down, then started on next whole 30 s

Placing controls. Was out for more than 3 hours, but since it was a contour only map I had to stand and read a lot just to figure out if I was in the right place. Got seriously dehydrated by the end, thought it would be faster.
