3k in to the planed 12k I hit the biggest wall I've ever experienced. A mix of dehydration, sick and light headiness force my to take a 5 minutes break before I ran straight back home. This event was brought on by lack off sleep after hours sat at my desk typing a heavy Geography NEA. The hand in was today so hopefully stress levels will have reduced and tomorrow I can run normally again.

Solid Track Tuesday Pyramids 600 to 1000m going up in 100m then back down. Felt really strong on the longer sets but also found some pace in the legs for the shorter reps which is progress from last week.
