Hallam Parkrun - still not 100% but getting better cough isn’t as bad but I’m still clogged up I knew this was going to be slow but happy to have woken up in time.

Bit of sprint O in Sheffield city centre felt so exhausted I didn’t finish the whole thing

Track session with tri 2,4,6,8,10 with recovery being half the time of each rep felt long but aimed to keep pace at 3:40/45 ish doesn’t help when there’s no one to compare against.

Rest was jogging round the track
