Slow long run with Keelan and mates from Bindarri to Tuckers Nob. Some steep and slippery hills from recent rain. Quite a lot of walking.

Easy park/street then a tiny bit of bush course. Lost time bashing through green to #2. Also picked some sub-optimal routes and couldn't find #10 which had fallen off tree. So hot and humid.
