Run to the Mt.Warning summit. Fourth time to the top and fourth time its been cloudy. Got really dark on the way back down.

Run through trails in Arakwal National Park then along Tallow Beach before more trails up to the lighthouse and the end of Cape Byron and Palm Valley. Great area.

Pretty easy nav course. Found it a little hard to get going no doing much higher tempo stuff recently.

No real plan but to try a few different places. Headed through Miami Bushland, Pizzey Park then down Miami and Burleigh Beach, Burleigh Ridge Park and Tallebudgera Reserve. Feeling better than previous days getting over being sick. Not resting from running didn't help.
