Orienteering tempo (Sydney Uni Sprint) 42:00 [3] *** 6.77 km (6:12 / km) +65m 5:55 / km
spiked:25/30c (sick) shoes: Brooks Trascend 2

2 x Sprint courses set by Brooner. Starting to feel sick so didn't get around very fast at all. There were a few road blocks which made it more interesting but because I was going reasonably slow I picked out most. Although got caught out once going to finish of first course. Saw the first obvious block so then went round to the south only to find that was blocked too. DSQ'ed.
