5 x 400m intervals. It was tough and I was trying hard to accelerate on the flat after going up the hill. Stretched and did my excercises at the end.

5 hill reps at shepherds of 370m up and 370m down. Did a warm up and down and plenty of stretching..

Fun course. The green is super thick so I had to stay on tracks as much as possible. I was a bit confused about where to cross the railway line and may have illegally crossed it idk. DNF as I missed out on the last few controls as I had to leave early.
Orienteering 15:00  1.54 km (9:44 / km)
Route choice excercise where we had to all go different ways. Slowest going to one so I got stuck with a poor route across the thick creek. Very close going back to the finish even though we all had different routes.
