Since my run on Wednesday, my right knee (not left) has been getting worse by the day. Now hard to bend at the knee and it hurts. So heading to the ER. Shit, have gone from wanting to race again to wanting to walk normal again in a few days.

Back from the ER. Right knee is arthritic just like the left knee; just the symptoms are worse. So see the Ortho people tomorrow. Get the knee drained and a shot, then hopefully I can walk ok. Looking at two knee replacements in the future. Hopefully, they have a miracle treatment, or the running/racing days are behind me.

Wednesday May 15 #

running 24:48 [3] 2.5 mi (9:55 / mi)

First mile was tough - right knee, instead of left knee, was hurting. Felt like an old man shuffling along. Then got a little stronger. Last mile felt good. Slightly faster than a couple of weeks ago.
