Easy around. Cold -8, think I wore too many top layers and not enough bottom ones, legs were cold.
Foot not happy at all in shoes and considered stopping. I think it'll be fine but I might go to the pool tomorrow in stead anyway.
Fun out though, lots of people ice skating on the frozen lakes.

Mila by night #3
Not ready at the start so way behind, but started picking up on the way to the first control. Then switched off completely and ended up at #3 before #2. Just kept going, though wasn’t running or navigating aggressively enough to be satisfied with how this whole training went. At #7 there was a massive group standing around having a chat about where it should be which was quite comical, then did check compass properly going to #9 and wasn’t really on the right track so went straight to #10 because I was freeezing and soaked from the snow and rain and needed to get back.
So if I had been more switched on from the start this would’ve been a lot better.
But fun and so pretty and exciting in the fresh snow!

Running warm up/down 10:17 [2] 1.69 km (6:05 / km) +17m 5:48 / km
shoes: VJ Bold 9
