Started to feel quite sick and a bit dizzy in the second half and it was super humid and yuck out tonight.

Bleh. This was not good. Felt super sick and yuck the whole time.
Started out ok and the first km was at a good pace but just went downhill from there. Also my Garmin was being weird and wasn't accurate with the distance.
Not happy because this is definitely not an accurate representation of where my training is at the moment which is a bit frustrating but I guess next time has to be better, right.

Hip was sore so a bit of everything to try to sort it out.

Swapped my long run for a cycle because of my hip.
Its been so long since I last rode my bike but this was so much fun and yet hard work at the same time. Wanted to go for longer but it was getting dark.
I think I want to add in more cycling to my training.
