Trail co social run with Lucy Bartholomew.
Signed up before I got injured but decided I'd go for a walk anyway and see how I felt.
Foot was fine for most of it which was nice. Some of the rockier bits where it was landing on one side weren't great though. Was worried about how it would be because I forgot my orthotics at home oops!
Was so nice to be out running again though, felt a lot better mentally after this!!

Had to post a letter so took the dogs out with me for a short test drive for foot.
Walking for first 10mins ish then short jog, then short walk again and jogging the last 500m.
Foot was okay, iced it when I got home and doesn't seem to be any worse afterwards, but not yet pain free during.

Good, though felt that the recoveries were too long. Next time will do a different session with shorter rec time.
