Black Mountain lunch walk up and down with Fred next door. Good for vit D and talking to a human. I feel very refreshed. Did very short up hill sprints for glute therapy: 10 sec, 10, 10, 10, 20. Also did table glute exercise on a log beforehand - have been doing these most days just not logging.

Black mountain run up. Haven't done and high intensity for a while. Tested out hammy with some running in warm up and the first part of run up and a jog down. Still niggling a bit but couldn't feel anything after. Have been doing some exercises every day or 2 but not logging
