return of the flu this week although I am pretending it didn't. That doesn't seem to have worked. Sensible rest may commence now.

Candle meditation puts me in touch with how tired I really am. Wonder if it works that way for everyone. At the end of the class no-one spoke, all silent, so it must have had a strong effect on everyone. We were all zombies for 5 minutes or so.

With crumn on ridge. Very bright sunlight today to made a return to sun screen. Did 4 short fast surges up steep hills, rest was walking.

Couldn't go in the morning because the ABC came to my house to film and record. Apparently I am a rubbish champion.

Gindy parkrun with brad. Very nice to be up and moving early although my back injury would have been happier with a walk only session. I found it too hard to stick to walking at parkrun. Anyway, hopefully still on the mend if I pay attention and respect my body. Wonderful not to have any cold symptoms today - about time!
