Camel - back bend where you are kneeling and grab your heels - good but very strong
Frog then walk outstretched hands to side of made - very good rib cage and armpit stretch

Core exercises esp abs/front. And some leg mobility and straight ahead squats. Knee felt much better next morning even though coming down mountain this morning was bit twingey
