Bei mir stehen jetzt 2 Wochen komplette Pause an. Danach sind auch die 6 Wochen Schonphase für den Fuß um und ich werde versuchen locker ins Laufen und Training einzusteigen. Sollte es weiter Probleme mit dem Fuß geben, gibt's erstmal einen alternativen Plan fürs Wintertraining
