Find these kind of sessions pretty tough but rewarding and kept the reps nice and even today which I was happy with.

Sprintervals around the Brighton Lanes.
Really good fun area, one annoying mistake but that's helped me to identify a few things to work on. A nice mix of scenic bits and also some of the grottier parts of Brighton where there were quite a few remains from a big Saturday night.
