I'd describe it as snow hill intervals.. I basically orienteering like I would to each point, then stopped and did the whole vetting procedure. Mostly good stuff by Mike - thankful it wasn't any more points than 33! Foot were soaked the whole time and now I'm sore - at least it was a great workout!
