Ging ganz gut, Pace immer so um 3:30 bis 3:40 trotz hügeligem Profil. Ich hab gemerkt, dass ich lange nicht mehr so schnell unterwegs war, beim anschließenden Krafttraining haben die Waden und Oberschenkel leicht gekrampft. ich hoffe, man hat es mir nicht angemerkt.
