5*2.30(30s)+1.00(90s). Hilly. Ok speed but bad feeling. Charlotte have been sick and home from work, i guess i am close to that too...

Wasnt even Close to get what I wanted. 14km course was a challenged I was looking forward to and I tried to raise shape this week. Legs were tired from start so I already decided to cancel the race after 5min.

Rerun an old nightcourse from February in treshold. Find the map OK but old. The heights are not as they should be drawn today. A good run just at treshold. Legs were OK today.
