Undecided beforehand whether I would walk or jog this but knee was feeling good after yesterday and I'm too competitive so ended up racing. Terrain was pretty cool...reminded me of Australia in parts with it being so dry and sticky underfoot and super hot.
Navigation was good. Only real mistake was bailing round on 10 when I saw the size of the hill and decided there was no way I was getting up it! But then had to climb on the other side anyway. Hit the wall a bit towards the end, walking up the hill to 12 and last loop was barely a jog but I had so much fun!

JK Sprint - Aldershot Barracks 10th
Goal was to try and make the top 10 and managed to scrape in....just. A combination of being unfit, slightly ill, very hot and easy course made this a lot tougher than I had imagined it would be. But on the positive side...my knee felt great and got the competitive orienteering bug back again :)
