Danish Spring Long - Gribskov Nord Ran the first 16 controls fairly hard, then walked back to the arena through controls 17-26. Tried to focus on looking at the whole leg before leaving the control and having a good attackpoint into the control. As a result, my focus was a lot better than yesterday and ran much better. Absolutely lovely terrain down the eastern end of the map and was having a lot of fun out there. Foot started hurting on the long leg to 15 though so glad I stopped after 16.

Danish Spring Middle - Harager Hegn 24th +9.11 behind Maja A run of two halves...poor navigation through the low-vis green areas but running well in the fast open areas. Legs feeling very tired trying to race 2 days in a row.

Danish Spring Sprint - Espergaerde 10th +1.25 behind Maja Felt rushed and as if I was taking every bad routechoice the entire course. Thought I'd lost a lot of time to 5, but in fact lost more to 7. Bit annoyed with this as I was running well enough to be higher up.
