Fun trail run around Bolney/Warninglid. Some really nice leafy, forested paths. Got caught in a massive downpour at one stage. Was so dark I could barely see in the forest!!
Longest run I've done in a while, so legs were suffering by the end.

Fast and furious little area with lots of paths. No mistakes really, but struggling a bit in the second half with my breathing/stitch. Caught up to Nick Jarvis at 11 so running with him for most of the course.
