Solo effort although Kirstin was there doing her own session and providing some encouragement as well as Alex, Freddie and their group of boys. Finally got a lovely sunny evening for it too :)

Felt much stronger throughout this session than 2 weeks ago and times reflect this. Only really starting to hurt in the last 2 reps.
