Need to get some confidence back - this week doesn’t represent me. Saved the worst results of my life for jwoc.

Gonna go hit reset and go again - use this to motivate me.

Relay - knew with clean runs we’d be in the mixer and hopefully challenging for the top! Unfortunately my Hungarian problems continued, a stupid mistake early on lost me a good minute 30 and suddenly I was back. Had no zing in the legs, was slow, not good.

From the watch data I was pushing right up at my max but the pace was dreadful, 199bpm generating 4:30’s is pretty horrific.

To end up so frustratingly close to the podium was pretty tough to, kudos on the other guys for saving it. 7th is a decent result, but what could have been...

Not been a very good week for me :( was running well, clean, no problems finding the controls. A couple of times I got stuck in green and following my routes, that was what cost me. Lost about a minute and a wee bit more on 3 occasions and it was the difference :(

Mucked up he first control, mucked it up again, then zinged it. After that it went class, focussed, controlled, spiked it. Happy - jwoc middle let’s go. Gotta prove I can orienteer lol let’s go.

Bit stressy, bit grim again. Some bits good, some naughty splits and definitely some good bits... however, some awful routes, multiple 10,20s plus time losses. Not good. Got lazy. Upset.
