took a while to get the legs moving but got there eventually! taught lydia how to orienteer properly for a bit ;) was good fun and i was impressed... bucs here we come ;)

3 sprintervals around Halden centrum (3mins rec inc.).
Watch died but Thomas clocked the last one at 3:30's per km for a good 12mins running.

First two were solo, last was mass start. Some really cool route choice battles and some mad fast pace - just beat him by a couple of seconds after a hard fought race.

Really decent race - started off with Ali pretty much alone then made a little mistake allowing Scott to get ahead a bit (the gaffles were just coming together) - ran relatively well after that with a couple of other mistakes/general scrappiness (the first letting sminty pass me, the second letting him get ahead, maybe 45s to a minute each one) but with sminty still in my sights I felt pretty chill and under control. He was main man I had to be with. Decent relay, decent pace, decent overall with Bash and Jonny finishing the job well - happy :)
