Was planning on running this morning as well as this eve but throat is still very sore. Quite annoying

On another note, not really sure how I feel about how training has gone recently. Been pretty consistent mileage wise but not really done any proper sessions in quite a while due to races etc.
Races coming up soon: 3000 in 31st, European hill running trails on the 4th, south of England track champs 5000 on the 10th
