Čez Rožnik, mimo Koseškega bajerja do PST-ja, potem pa tam 7km, obrat in po isti poti nazaj. Tempo na PST ves čas okoli 4:15/km (če gre verjeti km označbam na PST-ju).
Počutje zelo dobro.

Postavljanje KT. Po Easter4 me je pobralo, boleče grlo in nasploh švoh počutje. Tale tek/sprehod je bil kar naporen.
