waren zwei Sprints, gelegt von Markus
bin natürlich kein Sprinttempo gelaufen, sondern einfach ein bisschen schneller als sonst
es fehlte allerdings noch einiges an Routine und mit meinem Laufstil bin ich auch noch nicht ganz glücklich
meine Knie habe ich ab und zu noch gespürt (vor allem beim ersten Lauf), aber das ging wieder weg
