Best time for a while, was aiming for sub 18 but after a few k knew I’d get that ok. K splits had me thinking I’d get 17.15 but extra 70m blew that out a bit.

Lunchtime lap of the lake with 54321 min intervals with 1 min recovery. Got faster but struggling to recover towards the end. Hot, dunked my shirt in the lake to cool down after.
