Loop over little black mtn with 3 x 10min tempo efforts thrown in for a bit of extra bang. Felt ok but not moving v fast.

Got out in the sun at lunch and after 10min warmup did a solid 25min around gossan hill.
Running 40:00 
Evening run around the footpaths and bike paths of cook and aranda. Did 8x2min to spice it up a bit.
