Canal. Nothing to report. Actually going super easy this this time.

Thought I'd just go for a jog around the meadows but very quickly found that boring and found that my legs were enjoying running a bit faster. Kept extending with extra little loops, was having much fun:)
Cycling 45:00 
To and from Buckstone. Bit of a trek but had Fay for company:) And the downhill home was very pleasant.

The last fight with the night :'( Some nice loopy action, all fine apart from one loop where the map was not quite ideal and I kept getting stuck. Not pushing very hard but not plodding either. Thought my calves may go but they held together nicely, phew!

Just some rolling and digging my thumbs into my calves worked quite nicely.

BnB. Started with Saz, Alex, Freya and Dan and ended up with just Saz for most. A beaut day (almost too hot?!) but legs suffering from last night. Bit of a slog towards the end.

Was early (:O) so got an extra lil loop in. + drills and 4 strides.

Meadows tempo lap and 6x400m with a little less than 2 mins rest (2mins for the fastest gals). Legs turning okay, calves a bit tight but nothing major. No idea on my 400 times but felt pretty consistent. Shattered by the end, a good sesh!!

Netball 30:00 
Last game of the season:((( Vs Dundee. We were a bit slow to get going in the first quarter but soon turned around when I came on in 2nd and we annihilated them lol. Final score 59-27 wow.
Had to take myself off for the third quarter bc my calves had tightened ?! Haven't had this in a while and never usually get it during netball so a little confused... Were okay in 4th though so nothing to stress over:)
