Nationals xc, Callendar Park. One big fat mud fest. Legs not feeling the worst but got going and knew it was gonna be a slog. First lap seemed to last forever and I just lost all motivation the second time round. Right foot was also pretty sore so very much contemplated dropping out. But I ain't a wimp so just plodded it out to the end. An accomplishment to finish, so not bothered by the horribly slow pace. Plenty to improve on...
