Pollok parkrun. Feeling a bit sleepy and arrived 45 seconds late for the start to see hundreds of runners streaming past. Tom McKean'd behind everyone so just had a steady jog round. Quite enjoyed overtaking half the field and probably good not to overdo it before next week.
