Ankle is giving definite grief. Limping around the studios after just a little walk around town, having to go home and rice.
Guess I was just expexting to be able to run through it like I used to when I had a lot more ankle strength, but they're noticeably weaker which isn't suprising really. Frustrating but rest is better than the alternative
