extremely sore today - feels like a MM in the old days without a cooldown.

NEEEEEEED SLEEEEP

A few nights with limited sleep due to constant gales over on the coast. Averaged about 3 hours a night since Sunday :( not good

OROCs the only hill footwear in the car. Shell suggested a Winter Hill run on the morning eta 3pm so if easy paced i could fit in before night SL at 7pm.
Did the inner loop (ie Pike to 2L direct then mast - Noon (some gloopy bogs emerging)
