Was supposed to be celebrating my 60th birthday today with a terrain run in the hills but work and cake got in the way so went for a run from the depot to Strathleven Industrial Estate, a couple of laps of the paths in the woods round the perimeter and back. Lovely warm but windy day.
Still occasional twinges from the inside of my left ankle in front of the ball.

Attended Dave 'The Flying Fox' Walkinshaw's funeral today. One of the founder members of CLYDE.

Intervals with the athletic club on the trails on Linwood Moss on a warm summer evening. Session was 1min (30secs) + 3 x (3mins (90secs)) + 1min (30secs) + 3 x (3mins (90secs)) + 1min (30secs) + 3 x (3mins (90secs)) + 1min.
Legs shot so trailed along near the back of the squad.

Run from work to the Lomondgate SUDs pond which now open again following 'discussions' with the developer. A few laps and back. Legs really sore and stiff. Not sure if it's the enforced lay-off or the strength and conditioning.
