Linwood Parkrun. Fairly steady run as I'm still feeling tired. On my own after the first mile after I'd dropped the fast starters then eased off slightly.

Run from work to the Lomondgate SUDs pond, a few laps and back. Very hot 25C! My TR8's are starting to fall apart - I have done just under 700 miles in them though.

Cycle home from work in the heat, made more difficult by the strong headwind most of the way.

Intervals at Linwood track. Fortunately I was the only member of my squad there tonight as I really suffered - sore legs and feeling very tired and sluggish. It was also my first track session for a few weeks which didn't help.
The session was 6 x ((300m (30secs jog recovery) + 600m (2mins jog recovery)). I could only manage 4 sets instead of the planned 6.
Very warm (23C!) and windy.
