Rode to the o event at Campbell Park to help pick up controls. Average speed of 24.12 km per hour was faster than the Giro last night!! Max speed 50.93 KM per hour. Used up 1265 calories according to runtastic. Nice weather and nice ride on the south side of LBG then over Kings Ave bridge and Mt Pleasant.

Some loops around the Stromlo criterium track from home to keep the muscles moving - top speed recorded was 55.34 km per hour - probably down the hill to the track. Average speed 26.86 for the whole trip.
walking (Mt Stromlo) 1:25:00 [3] 8.05 km (10:34 / km) +232m 9:14 / km
Practise for post Scottish 6 day activity - walked from home to top of Stromlo and back with Liz and pooch - added some weights to the daypack to make it more challenging - weather felt Scottish - cool with mist on the way down.

Short swim because of other commitments - also a longer jog and some walking with the pooch today and leg still feels better so far - continued exercises to strengthen calve.
ride with Peter 2:10:00 [3]
Around all LBG basins via Weston and Curtin to begin with. Head wind on the way home - coffee stop at the National Museum - lovely weather. Estimated time. MTB used.
Swim 30:00 [3]
Apart from the swim another jog/walk with the pooch beforehand - more jog than walk this time and leg felt OK but have not really pressured it with hard running.
