started in the masstart.
made one very big and stupid mistake to the 3rd control and lost the pack.
after that i was on my own for pretty much the entire race.
a few hesitations and minor mistakes around 30sek each maybe one bad routchoise. but at the time it felt like the best option. i still think it was.
the second loop had some big hills and i was not feeling it.
but im glad i got around it. a lot of ppl didnt. and im glad i won the run in against 2 guys who caught me with 4 controls left.

made about 3min mistakes on the first, third forth and fifth control.
after that pretty clean. struggled with the uphill.

at skansen. fun area. made a big mistake to the first control, did ok but felt slow and heavy to the 12th control, from there i went to 17 with was next to it, from there followed the line to 16, from there to 14 witch was next to that one, from there to 15 and then up to 17 again. realised i had already been there and started backtracking. saw what i had done and ran to 13.
really really really frustrating.

last leg of the sprint relay.
heavy legs and my stomach started complaining.
coudnt run as fast as i wanted, and judging by the forest as i was going through it i wasnt moving very fast.
this bit was not at skansen but around a hill on Djurgården. lots of contours and rock. but a fairly easy sprint and i made aprox 10 sek mistake on one control due to lack of direction out of the lat one.
