Lovely run :) felt good for the first 3k then I slowed down and got tired :/ Sooo annoyed that there still aren't any Deeside selections :( My dad did get one of those bof emaily things :)

Orienteering race (Scoa League) 46:02 [4] 5.9 km (7:48 / km)

Not a good race.... Messed up 2 controls badly cause I wasn't concentrating. Number 4 I found the wrong open area -.- and spent ages standing/walking around like where the hell is my control :( then I ran out of number 7 in the wrong direction cause I was too chuffed with my good bearing into 7 -.- also made a route choice error to number 9 but by the time I had ended up running the long way to controls I was so shattered :( Did come 8th though but I know I could have done so much better.
