10 min threshold rep with 3 min recovery, followed by 20 x 15 sec sprint reps with 15 sec recovery, and finally another 10 min threshold rep with 3 mins recovery. Absolutely knackering! The threshold reps weren't too bad, but the sprint reps were horrible and I felt like I was going to hurl from about the fourth one. Can't believe I got through that!

Blasted round the shortest route around Darley Park to see if I could beat my PB. Set off quick, and just maintained it without too much effort until the last five mins. First time I've felt good running in a while! My PB, which I set in December, was 20.35mins. Knocked 3.30mins off that today. Chuffed!
