round down to holyrood, then long slog up to top of crags (around 7mins effort), down to path and then around 8mins to get to top of the seat straight up the steps. intensity was like 4 or 5 for the hills, rest of it just took it steady.. legz r tireeddd
ALSO highlight of my day, saw a man with a RACCOON in a lil box with his head poking out the top! i stopped and was like whoooaah you have a raccoon that is so cool. SO COOL

was going to do haries training but they weren't at the usual place in the meadows, so then i was doing a bit of a manhunt to try and find them, but couldn't. sooo did 10mins tempo run, then 5mins steady, then another 5mins tempo round the seat. then steady run back
however dont know why my garmin says i have so much climb..?

uuuum round up to the top of the seat, then the crags, then round the footie pitch by holyrood, up the grass at the bottom of the crags and then a loop of the meadows then back.
ALSO running down the steps from arthurs seat this random guy was like 'did you just run up there? you are amazing, you deserve a MEDAL'. i was like YES thank you random man i think a medal would be great actually now that you mention it
