Ride around town scouting CP locations for the upcoming 2018 Viking Quest for the track distance crew. This will probably be the last year for this, so it's kind of sad.
Rowing (indoor) 20:28  5.0 km (4:06 / km)
Indoor rowing session. When I started I was going to try and get 10k in, but at the halfway I was pretty much done. I could have struggled through the last half, but I don't think it would have been very wise to do so. After the rowing I did some strength work.

Mostly arms, but did some wall sits with the leg press and some leg extension drills. I also did two abdominal drills.
