Compass Sport Cup qualifier, running for WAOC at Sherwood Pines. A pretty grotty area to be honest, just constantly thrashing through brambles, a lot of path running and just generally not great orienteering. Not helped by three nights out in the past three days, and 5 hours sleep last night. No speed in the legs - finished 10 minutes down to Oli and Ben
