Decided to take a rest day prior to Saturday's race.

10km with 3km tempo in the middle.
Basically over to pitches, 2 pitch laps warm up, 2 colours road relay laps, 2 pitch laps cool down, and home.
Didnt have a watch but reckon i was about 11 mins. Pretty happy as i felt i was going fast but always totally in control. Cool.

Had the pleasure of sprinting from the ticket vending machine to turnstyles only to see the train for naas pull out in front of me. No sprint-o for Niall this evening.

Its amazing how its the small things that piss you of so much.
