POM 6/6 Chasing start. Made a mess of first control then got stuck in awful green to fifth. Kinda lost motivation, but then around control 14 got caught by two guys and was fun and kinda regained interest in the race.

POM 5/6. Sprint. Scenes in Sines. First half of the course was interesting but second half was just a run back to the finish pretty much. Good fun though overall. Nice trot around the town afterwards.

POM long distance WRE.
Decent effort but started struggled with about 3-4km to go
Nothing in the ribs/back, nothing in the ankle, but the random issue with my left IT band that's been annoying me the past week wasn't very comfortable at all

Fun urban race to kick off POM. Reasonably relaxed and never pushing, but did feel my ribs a tiny bit on the hills (downhill in particular I think).
Thankfully right ankle appears to be back in business. Was disappointed to miss the squad training weekend last weekend, but ahead of POM I think I made the right decision.
Slight confusion over start times so ended up missing my start by a minute.

Orienteering 18:31 [3] 4.34 km (4:16 / km) +22m 4:10 / km
ahr:181 max:196 shoes: New Balance Fuelcell Propel

POM nighto. Tempo effort. No rib/back issues at all. Amazing the difference flat vs hills this morning makes.
Fun but fairly basic course. Managed to get my start time wrong again so managed to start a minute late - third time lucky tomorrow.

Running (Road) 6:58 [3] 1.15 km (6:03 / km)
