Supporting the start of the challenge with Gus. Along the beach to the start, then the first couple kays up to the viewpoint and then back down again after some whale/dolphin watching

Managed to sneak some spots in the volunteers camp at storms river last night. Lekker morning run on the prologue route (in reverse), then across to the suspension bridges and back via a swim in the bay.

Also had a nice walk across to the waterfall later in the day before we managed to bum a lift to Natures.

Pagasvlei event. Greenbelts and roads, so pretty simple nav wise. Nice to run around fastish on a map though.

Couple boards which were a little off/map a bit off, so lost a few secs with those, but otherwise no issues.
