Note

fun holiday in france cycling and watching the TdF (3 stages). cycling on flat pedals midfoot to help achilles. Achilles got through it well but still a tendancy to drop the R heel and was feeling a bit overstretched on Tuesday's ride. knee a bit sore to start with in the week but lowering saddle helped.

will get the speedplays.
