SINS Day 1

Keen to attack this given rest day yesterday and JT 4 mins in front. I had someone change their start time to 1 min behind me (rather than the allocated 4) on the same course which I thought was odd, so keen to put the boot in to make sure no tow. Relatively simple but still made a minor miss at #2 (ran past and thought two ponies were the crag) and a bit right at 4.

Caught sight of JT from 8 and gained quite a bit on the hill to 9. Nice running him down and with him through to 14. Tiring round the last loop when the mist started coming in.

Body generally OK. Very enjoyable overall despite the limited technical challenge of the area.

Dunblane Orienteering. Quite a bit on roads which I wasn't quite dressed for, but very nice fun all the same. Hamstrings, Abs etc all still very sore from the office sports day (sack race, tug of war...).
