Portobello parkrun, felt significantly better than last week (and 40s faster..) I think the longer warm up helped a lot, and the easy run on Thursday instead of a harder session. hopefully will go sub19 this year, (pb = 1916) Forgot to wear HRM hence the dodgy hr
