Nice to be out after a long library day. For some reason decided MFD would be fun, only slight regrets halfway up! Was going pretty slow but still ~45s faster than October, nice to know those hill reps are working!

Portobello parkrun, felt significantly better than last week (and 40s faster..) I think the longer warm up helped a lot, and the easy run on Thursday instead of a harder session.
hopefully will go sub19 this year, (pb = 1916)
