Cribyn Fell race - 1st
Such a cool race.
Had to work very hard today.
A guy named Lloyd took the lead on all the climbs. I just couldnt keep up but every descent I managed to get back in touch. Finally overtook coming off Pen Y Fan.
Found it very tough pushing up Cribyn with such still humid air.
I was descending well today, even got my ears popping!

Bad hamstring DOMS from yesterday but eventually warmed up after drills.
