Solid race. Really pleased with that

WUOC long - 30th
One of my best Longs though the heat limited my pace a little.
Missed No 3. Got confused with vegetation boundary running further down the slope. Also missed the ride I was aiming for en route to 6 (poor direction) which meant no drink station until the long leg back.

WUOC Middle - 34th
Plan was just be clean, managed that apart from 2 mistakes but im not sure I could have avoided. Heat and rough underfoot causing some slow pace but overall I’m pleased with my run.
Aim to improve in the long but really not looking forward to facing the heat again.
