RLShadow22 daysCaused by tripping over a ruined wire fence in Webster Park! Probably 90% recovered as of this writing, on May 11, about 3 weeks after injury. Really, not too bad.details

lost38 daysApparently I'm supposed to write "what I think caused it". I think it was caused by falling over and landing on a tree stump, with secondary causes being the rain fogging up my glasses and preventing me from seeing the ditch I tripped in, and my desperate need to catch up with Adam, which caused me to run faster than I normally would. In conclusion, I blame ShUOC.details

rocky3347 daysRecovery may have been helped by the moderate activity I did? Not sure but seemed to heal faster than I expected originally. Took calcium and magnesium supplements and many epsom salt baths along the way as well. details

bmay84 daysAs of July 21 (12 weeks), shoulder is pretty good, almost back to normal. A week of paddling, a week of backpacking, etc. and no problems. Still working to bring the strength back, but the injury itself is pretty much resolved.details
redenergy88 daysFinally healed. Today's mountain biking proved that.details
