Are you ready for the 2012 All Out Adventure Series? This year’s 12-hour Dawn to Dusk is better than ever with no poison oak! No, really, we won’t even get you close to it.


We do have miles of epic single track open expanses of beautiful oak-studded hillsides and a point to point expedition format with a huge ropes section and our new orienteering course that is unlike any you have seen. Think Mud Pits, obstacles and never before seen terrain.

We’re not going to tell you where you’re starting until you get on the bus on race day, plus we have a very cool new finish in downtown San Luis Obispo.

If you want a real challenge, this is your event. It's longer, bigger and more badass, so step off the road and explore the wild side of California.

The Dawn to Dusk encompasses the major disciplines found in longer adventure racing competitions -- including navigation throughout and a ropes section. The Dawn to Dusk provides a challenge to experienced adventure racers and those who are new to adventure racing. It is recommended that participants have some experience with navigation and endurance activities.

It includes:

6 to 8 miles of kayaking
25 to 35 miles of mountain biking on road, single track and fire roads
10 to 15 miles of trail running
Navigation/Orienteering (Map and Compass)
Rope Challenges
