Planet Adventure 30-Hour Challenge

For 2011, Planet Adventure is returning to its roots to bring you the Planet Adventure Challenge. This 30-Hour race will test the skills of all racer levels.

Designed in the most traditional styles of Adventure Racing, the PA Challenge will again start and finish at Paoli Peaks, but racers should expect an entirely new course in an entirely new area. Racers will cover 85-120 miles on foot, bike or boat. There will be access to gear and food drops on the course, no support crews will be needed for 2011.
Divisions:

4 Person Coed (Premier Division)
4 Person all Male or all Female
3 Person Coed (may be combined with 4 Person for CPT ranks depending on overall entires)
3 or 4 Person All Male or All Female

Important Times:

Friday, June 17:
Check In: Opens at 5pm on site.
Pre-Race Meeting: 8pm
Start Time: Be prepared to start any time after 9pm, Friday, June 17
Saturday/Sunday, June 18/19: Awards & Cutoff TBA
Overnight Lodging

Basic camping will be allowed on the Paoli Peaks property, bathroom facilities are available the entire weekend (showers will not be available on site)
Nearby Hotels located in Paoli Indiana (5 minutes to start) or French Lick Indiana (10-15 minutes).
Pricing:

$90 per person for the first 10 teams
$120 per person for teams 11-20
After that, $155 per person until May 16, 2011
$175 per person after May 16, 2011
Note: All pricing is determined by payment date and not registration date.
Prizes:

Cash Purse: A cash purse will be paid out to the top 3 teams in the 4-Person Coed Divisions. The cash purse will be equal to 10% of of the total registration fees collected. We will update the total once 20 teams are registered.
Gear Prizes from our Sponsors for all other divisions.
Note: Prizes are awarded to divisions of at least 5 teams. Divisions without the 5 team minimum may still receive prizes for 1st place or may be combined with other similar divisions for the purpose of awards.
